Job Performance Software
I have only had one boss on the web and luckily she liked me and always said I did a good job. I cannot even imagine how I would react if I had received a bad review, but I would have probably been really insulted, I give everything I set my mind to my all.
For those of you who have a boss or are a boss, this performance review software looks like a really good idea. My first impression is that it would remove the personal component, not make it about anything but job performance.
