The Urge to Write A Short Story is Creeping Back!
And I am SO relieved! I said a couple of months ago that my desire to write had evaporated, well, I write for a living, but I mean to write a story just for the pure joy of telling it, and telling it good. I have several stories that are rolling around in my head, one of them already has a title, THE QUEEN OF THE STARLIGHT LOUNGE. Now you know that most fiction is based loosely on fact, as is this story. I also want to write a story about my ex and his addiction to Second Life, but I have to wait until my emotions are on a more even keel when it comes to him to do the story justice. But I have to write it, you couldn’t MAKE this kind of stuff up!
