It Takes Team Work!
Having years of experience in management and the corporate world, I can tell you with authority that things are better for employees at many companies than they have ever been. Back when I was working for corporations there was no such thing as programs designed to create successful corporate teamwork. But boy there are now! It’s the new wave and I for one am very glad to see it. It only makes good business sense to motivate your employees to work together well.
