PayPerPost New Direct Program
Payperpost, the great company that I do blog advertising through and who hire bloggers like you to blog about advertiser’s products and services, has a new program in place called PPP Direct.
I just found out about this program today and I am really liking what I see. The main thing I like is that unlike their competitors, one of them being Review Me, who takes 50% of your earnings for each post, with the PPP Direct program the advertiser is charged 10% of the price of ad you write for them, and 5% of that goes toward transaction fees for Paypal and credit card processing. This reinforces what I have known all along, that PPP really does have the welfare of us Posties in mind and they are the farthest thing from greedy. I can say that with finality, since I won $1000 from them about a month ago!
The way the program works is that the blogger and the advertiser get to decide on the amount the opp will pay, even being able to negotiate the price between themselves. You put a badge on your site inviting advertisers to hire you and go from there. PPP puts the advertiser’s money into an escrow account to make sure the Postie gets paid.
It looks good, PPP, and I am contemplating whether to put the badge on my blogs.
