Detecting Alzheimer’s Early

As most of you know, one of the first symptoms of early Alzheimer’s disease is the loss of short term memory. Up until now there was no way to know if this could be a sign that you might have the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease. But that has changed, thank God. Now there is memory screening that can detect Alzheimer’s and possibly save your life. This memory screening test can also detect related illnesses.
The Alzheimer’s Foundation of America has a website that will help you locate a memory screening location in your area. It is a very wise thing to have yourself and/or your loved ones checked out using this great tool. You will also find a great section for those of us who are headed toward that lofty thing called middle age. The section gives you successful aging tips that can help you lead a more quality life as you age.

Seeking a cure for Alzheimer’s is of the utmost importance and great strides are being made. To do your part to ensure quality care for those who suffer from the disease and to help in research why not make a contribution to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America while you are at the site?
